SHIPPING
Our shipping rates are based on the weight and the price of your overall order. Please see the chart below to calculate your shipping costs. Shipment will be through UPS, ground shipping and take on average 2-5 days within the US. Parcels to Asia and Europe will take about 7-10 working days and be sent through UPS international express. Please see Retail Shipping Cost Chart.
We will try to ship all orders within 1 working day. If for some reason there is problem with your order, we will contact you immediately by email.
RETURNS
We guarantee that our yarn and trims are free from any defects. However because the yarn is handspun and no 2 yarns are exactly the same, some color and texture variance between skeins is to be expected. If for some odd and unlikely reason you find a defect in your yarn, please contact us immediately. We are happy to process your return with a copy of the original receipt. The yarn should be unused, in it's original condition. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase. If we do accept your return, you will have to cover the shipping charges back to us. If you are unable to locate your receipt we will gladly exchange your purchase for an online credit.
