Army of Knitters Mojave Moon Sweater
Heather Dixon, the uber-talented designer behind Army of Knitters has done it again and created another gorgeous sweater using one of our yarns. This one is seriously swoon worthy. Inspired by the Grand Canyon and southwest and native american motifs, her new fall collection is simply beautiful. In her Mojave Moon top, she combines Blue Sky Alpaca's organic cotton for the body and our Pixie Dust Mini yarn for the yoke stitch detail. I cannot wait to make one for me...now what color to choose! Check out the pics below and pattern details here.

Last night I spent some time (ok a LOT of time!) on Ravelry, an easy thing to do! There is so much inspiration on Ravelry. There are many many more on Ravelry, to search for them, just search for our yarns and all these projects will pop up!

Gypsy Garden Cardi
At Knit Collage we've been prepping for our next big Needlearts Tradeshow, the TNNA, which takes place every June in Columbus, Ohio. It's a lot of fun! We get to see old friends and make new ones. And of course show off our new yarns and patterns. This year I'm so excited about this pattern by Cheryl Kubat. It combines our Gypsy Garden and Sister yarns together. Cheryl lives in Newburyport, MA which is an adorable coastal town just north of Boston. She also works with an amazing photographer, Meg, at Bluelime Photography. They put together this gorgeous beach photoshoot, some highlights below. The pattern will be up on Ravelry soon, so stay tuned. Be sure to check out Meg's photography site too!

Another one of Cheryl's patterns that I just knit up is a chunky blanket- knit on size 36 circs! I'm obsessed with this blanket. She tells me the pattern will be up on Ravelry soon for this one too!
