Daisy Chain Crochet Crown
Today we release another beautiful free pattern- hooray! This pattern was designed by crochet master extrodinaire, Tori Kendrew. It is a dainty crochet crown that works up perfectly in our Daisy Chain yarn. This crown would be perfect for a summer picnic or an outdoor music festival. This pattern comes in 2 sizes, child and adult. The closure is a braided tie so sizing is easily adjustable. Although we recommed Daisy Chain, this pattern would also work well in Rolling Stone, Gypsy Garden or Pixie Dust Mini. Pattern available here. Happy crocheting!

The Candy Cowl by Loop London
The London shop Loop holds a special place in my heart. The owner Susan was the very first person to show interest in our yarns and place an order. We have been shipping yarn to Susan and Loop ever since. Her shop is in the cutest neighborhood, Islington, in London. It's chock full of gorgeous yarns that all tell a story.
Last week, Loop came out with a gorgeous cowl pattern that uses 1 skein of our Gypsy Garden or Rolling Stone yarns striped with a thin skein of mohair. Take a peek at their sample below and be sure to visit their blog here. I also whipped one up using 1 skein of Daisy Chain in Natural Aura and a random mohair that was hiding in my stash from years ago. To see more photos of my project, visit my ravely page here.

Loop's sample is in Gypsy Garden colorway Stardus Garland.

Drop stitch Cowl by Abi Gregorio
Last weekend one wonderful knit collage knitter came into J.P. Knit & Stitch wearing her Drop Stitch Cowl, knit up in Rolling Stone. Apparently I'm a little late in finding out about this pattern by Abi Gregorio. 1400+ people have knit it, and that's just what's recorded on Ravelry! It works up so well in many of our yarns. SO, of course I had to make my own! I decided to make mine in with one skein of our new Daisy Chain yarn. I love the way it turned out. Take a look below of mine and the other drop stitch cowls I spotted on Rav, knit in our yarns. For more details, visit my Ravelry project page too! Did I mention this pattern is free?!

I knit mine in the Grasshopper colorway, which might be my favorite Daisy Chain color.

This one is knit in Rolling Stone colorway Morning Glory. I found this project on ravelry, for more details click here.

AND here's the Rolling Stone cowl, one knitter came in wearing at J.P. Knit & Stitch last Saturday. So cute! This is knit in the colorway Poppy Patch.
